Mid-Century Inspired, our Vibrant Turquoise Lipped Vase makes a cool statement

Hand-made by the artist, Susanne designs each collection starting out on a potter’s wheel. She sculpts and alters the shapes to be asymmetrical, as a purposeful twist on the modern aesthetic.

Our Turquoise Lipped Modern Vase with matte glaze is both elegant in it’s form and fun in this cool, saturated color. Made of high-fired white stoneware and glazed in a vibrant turquoise matte glaze, it pairs well with our Chartreuse matte vases and also pops nicely in muted neutral spaces. If you’re looking to evoke watery sea tones, the rich variegated blues represented in this unique turquoise glaze will complement any décor.

Susanne is selective with her modern glaze color palette. This rich, turquoise blue looks crisp and natural and is reminiscent of a mid-century, modern look & feel.

• Care: Our elegant shaped vases can be toppled over and are breakable, so we suggest using a little dab of “Clear QuakeHold Gel” (for glass and crystal) to secure the bottom of the vase to your shelf or table. Especially if you live in earthquake country (like we do) or if you have small children. This gel is our favorite because it is easily removable and leaves no residue. ()

Stoneware is almost indestructible and if you don’t drop it, it will still be around a thousand years from now! But it is breakable, so treat it kindly.
